Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between OPTIMISE STRATEGY LLC (hereinafter "the Service Provider"), and any client (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to benefit from its digital services.

The Service Provider offers consulting and digital creation services: visual identity, strategy and positioning, website creation and redesign, Shopify optimization, custom management software development, content and video creation, as well as client acquisition support (Google Ads, Meta Ads). The exact scope is defined in each quote.

Any service requires a detailed prior quote. The order is considered firm upon written acceptance of the quote by the Client. The quote specifies the scope, deliverables, deadlines, and price.

Prices are indicated in the quote and are in the currency stated therein. They are valid for the validity period mentioned on the quote. Any additional unplanned service will be subject to an amendment.

Unless stated otherwise in the quote, a deposit is required upon ordering, the balance being due according to the agreed schedule. Payment conditions and deadlines are specified on each invoice.

Execution deadlines are provided as an indication and depend on the Client's transmission of necessary elements (content, access, validations). Any delay attributable to the Client may result in a shift in the schedule.

The Client commits to providing all information and elements necessary for the proper execution of the service, and to perform validations within reasonable timeframes. The Client guarantees holding the rights to the content they transmit.

Deliverables become the property of the Client after full payment. The Service Provider retains the right to mention the creation in its references and portfolio, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

The number of included revision cycles is specified in the quote. Any modification request beyond the agreed scope may result in additional billing.

The Service Provider is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of indirect damages, nor beyond the amount actually paid for the relevant service.

Each party commits to maintaining the confidentiality of information exchanged within the framework of the collaboration.

These GTC are governed by French law. If the Client is a consumer resident in the European Union, they keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their country of residence and the statutory jurisdiction rules that apply to them. Any dispute regarding interpretation or performance will first be addressed through an amicable solution.
