What are the lead times?
Production is estimated to start within 24 to 72 hours after proof (BAT) approval, then shipping is estimated within 3 to 7 working days. These are estimates, confirmed before ordering, not absolute promises.
Which files can I send?
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG or TIFF, 100 MB maximum per file and 3 files per line. 300 dpi and 3 mm bleed recommended. Uploading requires an account.
I have no artwork, can you create it?
Yes. Artwork creation is quoted separately: choose the no-file option and describe your project, we reply within 48 working hours.
Are there minimum quantities?
Business cards and flyers: fixed runs. Stickers: 10 sheets minimum. DTF textile: 1 linear metre. Banners: 1 m² minimum, rounded up to the next 0.25 m².
How does payment work?
Online payment is not open. You can save an unpaid draft: it is not a confirmed order and nothing is charged.
Do you deliver in Europe?
Yes, to France and the European Union countries offered in the form, with tracked delivery included in the displayed prices.
